The Blanket Fort is RAILED’s new advice column, which takes a feminist approach to your sex, romance, friendship and community qualms and concerns. Whatever the question, we’ll make the answer insightful and tender, but also fun and blunt.

An advice and reflections column to speak softly about the sharp things: arguments, grievances, break-ups and all other heartaches.

Of course love should be taken seriously, but it’s always important to delight in its hilarity and absurdity. Let The Blanket Fort be the place you feel comfortable enough to find some solace, among the blankets and bad decisions.

The Blanket Fort will be led by our wonderful writer Sara, who spends lots of time thinking, writing and reading about love.

While Sara is not a therapist or expert in the traditional sense, her background in politics shapes her advice and reflections through a feminist lens, and she is so excited to get her teeth into your questions.
